Special reference page for String methods
These are really just reference pages ; it is expected that most students will acquire their knowledge of JETS via practical programming lessons.
|
Why JETS? The purpose of JETS is to prevent students having to learn the whole language and to provide a predictable way of presenting algorithms suitable for students at both SL and HL. Students can answer examination questions using any suitable part of the language. For example, when incrementing identifiers, questions will use: x = x + 1; whereas students will probably write: x++; This is fine although students should always try to write their responses clearly and unambiguously. These pages illustrate the concepts and syntax of JETS/Java. Programming examples will be found on the Java Pages. The index here shows how they correspond (approximately).

What is it?
The IBID Press Computer Science book uses JETS. |
